From demolition to the last coat of paint. One crew, start to finish.
Most contractors do one thing. Our family covers the whole job: demolition, framing, insulation, sheetrock, tile, floors, paint, and molding. One crew, one standard. Nobody pointing fingers between trades, and no waiting weeks for "the other guy" to show up.
One of our own recently took a bare basement from concrete and studs to a finished living space: demo, carpentry, walls, paint, and trim. Start to finish, the same family hands.
One honest note: foundations and major structural work are a different specialty, and plumbing and electrical phases require licensed specialists by law. On a full renovation we handle everything else, demo, framing, insulation, walls, tile, floors, paint, and trim, and we tell you upfront when a licensed plumber or electrician needs to come in for their part. No pretending, no shortcuts on the things that keep your home safe.
Every quote is free and explained line by line. If something changes mid-job, you hear it from us first.
One bathroom, start to finish: opened to the studs, rebuilt, tiled, done.
And a full apartment, made new: kitchen, panel walls, floors, and a fireplace feature wall.
And a kitchen taken all the way to the studs and rebuilt: demo, insulation, moisture-resistant board, done. The crew was too busy finishing it to take the after photos, that tells you where their focus is.
